What is CLAT?
CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test which is a centralized legal entrance examination. CLAT is an aptitude test with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). It is a 200 marks examination that needs to be completed within 2 hours. The multiple choice questions are divided into five sections. English grammar and comprehension (40 marks), General knowledge and current affairs (50 marks), Elementary Mathematics (20 marks), Legal aptitude (50 marks) and Logical reasoning (40 marks).
For every correct answer you get 1 mark and for every incorrect answer .25 mark is deducted.
